Orders for Provence Santé products may be placed by all major potential buyers as follows.
Deliveries are possible in Metropolitan France, Monaco, Corsica and Andorra, as well as in the European Union, Switzerland and Norway.
No minimum of order required.

When placing an order, the potential purchaser who already possesses an account, will supply proof of identification by either entering his/her e-mail address and password or, if no account exists yet, by clicking on "OPEN AN ACCOUNT", carefully filling out the questionnaire with all pertinent identification information, i.e. name, first name, e-mail address, pass word, street, postal code, town, country.
The potential buyer is hereby informed of, and agrees to, the use of his/her e-mail address and password by the supplier as valid proof of his/her identity.
In accordance with our general conditions of sale (GCS) outlined below, all orders placed through www.provencesante.fr will be considered definitive and may not be altered by the potential buyer.
Orders are recorded and may not be cancelled, immediately following validation of payment (see item 2 under Payment). The potential buyer then becomes the purchaser. The order form will then be recorded by Provence Santé's computer system and will serve as proof of agreement between the two parties.
After the order has been recorded, the client will receive an e-mail confirmation of order and estimated date of delivery.
Online payment is due at the time an order is placed, by either bank card or credit card. CB, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
The purchaser will pay for his/her order on www.provencesante.fr, supplying the number, expiration date and security code number on the back of the card. The potential buyer will then be directed to the secure payment site of Société Générale bank whose SSL (Socket Secure Layer) protects the data of online payments.
At no time will the potential purchaser's financial data ever be disclosed through Provence Santé's computer system, making them exempt from all responsibility.
The images of the products shown on www.provencesante.fr in no way constitute a contractual obligation on the part of Provence Santé.
Provence Santé's products are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects. Unless otherwise agreed, such guarantee is strictly limited to exchange only, when reported by registered mail with acknowledgment receipt within 8 (eight) full days from date of delivery, with no refund to the purchaser.
Provence Santé will replace the product/products if the claim is justified. Delivery charges will be borne by Provence Santé.
The guarantee does not cover defects due to faulty storage, improper handling or inappropriate use by the customer.
Should a product/products on order not be on stock at the time the order is being prepared, Provence Santé will make full refund by cheque.
Prices are quoted in Euros. Prices include all taxes (TTC). They cover the price of the products before tax and the Ad ValoremTax (VAT) at the rate of the % applicable in Metropolitan France at the time the order is recorded.
Shipping costs are not included in the prices. These will be added to the total VAT incl. price of the order (see item 4 under Shipping).
Provence Santé reserve the right to modify its prices at any time, however, products ordered, where available, will be invoiced at the prices applicable at the time of recording of the order.
Provence Santé reserves the right to organize promotion sales and advertise them on www.provencesante.fr.
For promotional purposes, Provence Santé may set up preferential codes which will be issued to specific buyers, offering time limited discounts on purchases. The preferential code does not apply to products already in promotion.
Shipping charges are flat rates calculated according to the zone of delivery of the products as follows:
Orders are shipped through LA POSTE/Colissimo Expert (international) and delivered to the addressee against a signed receipt. In case of absence of the addressee, parcels will be left with the nearest post office.
The not-binding delivery terms are:
Products become property of the client from the day and hour of collection by the carrier. All risks are transferred to the client at the time of shipment.
Transportation risks are borne by the buyer who is required to inspect the condition of the parcel upon reception and to refuse it in case of damage sustained during transportation.
The buyer must report his/her refusal to accept the parcel in precise legible terms in writing on the carrier's receipt, and inform Provence Santé of the facts by registered mail with acknowledgment receipt within 3 (three) days after receipt. Claims that lack clarity or are incomplete will be null and void.
Provence Santé declines all responsibility in case of unusual delivery delays caused by the carrier, of loss of the order, or of failure to deliver owing to strikes, severe weather, floods, etc.
The buyer is required to check the order upon delivery and in case of discrepancy, send a report to Provence Santé within 3 (three) full days by registered mail with acknowledgment receipt.
The law of January 6th 1988 grants the buyer a period of 7 (seven) full days from the date of receipt of the products to return them or request a refund. Products must be returned in their original wrapping to: Provence Santé, Hameau de Beth, 30508 Lussan/FRANCE.
Beyond the allowed time, returns, whether resulting from an amiable settlement or for any other motive, will be subject to a formal agreement between Provence Santé and the buyer. The latter will receive a credit applicable to future purchases. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Whatever the case may be, all items must be returned unused in their original wrapping, along with a copy of the invoice.
Provence Santé does not keep records of any of the buyer's data, with the exception of the data required for identification purposes. Personal data is only entered for the technical requirements of the trading relation with the buyer. Under no circumstances will Provence Santé ever shares personal data with a third party.
Only data strictly necessary to shipment of the products will be given to the shipping agent.
The buyer is hereby informed and agrees that the opening of an account requires the disclosure of his name, first name, e-mail address, pass word, street, postal code, town, country. This data will be permanently entered, and will serve to verify identification when placing further personal orders.
When browsing on the www.provencesante.fr site some of the information transmitted by Internet will automatically be entered. It will solely be used for the purpose of statistical analysis, and then will be deleted.
In accordance with law No. 78-17 of January 6th 1978 pertaining to computers, files and privacy, the potential buyer has a right to access, modify and remove data. To put this right into practice, the buyer must contact Provence Santé by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
The general sales conditions and contracts between Provence Santé and the buyer are subject to French Law.In case of dispute, an amiable settlement will be sought first before resorting to legal action. In case of legal action, however, the Tribunal of Commerce of Nîmes in France, alone, will be empowered to rule.
